About Me

Talent, DEI, and Brand Strategist. Entrepreneur, Speaker, Career Coach, & Educator.

Sabria Brown is Talent, Diversity, and Brand Strategist who provides a fresh and courageous perspective and expertise on topics encompassing DEI, Career and Brand Development. Sabria supports organizations by providing strategic guidance, best practice recommendations and data-driven solutions to power up diversity, equity and inclusion programs and initiatives to achieve optimal business results.

Throughout her 13+ year career span, Sabria has evolved within a variety of roles both in the public and private sector that helped build upon her professional expertise within diversity, equity & inclusion, global human resources, talent acquisition, management, and development.  She has led, managed and facilitated strategic, operational and cultural objectives for global organizations such as Raytheon Technologies and Bank of America.

Sabria travels the country sharing her expertise with diverse institutions, organizations, and individuals. She presents engaging learning workshops that challenge participants to consider how they can elevate their brands, carve a new career path, and push boundaries organizationally to improve diversity and inclusion. 

Sabria Brown earned a bachelors degree from Spelman College. She also holds a Master’s in Education from Columbia University, and a Masters of Science in Human Resource Management from Rutgers University- New Brunswick. She also holds a certification in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University.
